We follow IICRC-certified procedures and EPA guidelines
We use appropriate equipment and EPA-registered products
We will achieve clearance standards for treated areas as outlined in your service agreement

We do not warrant against:

Mold recurrence due to ongoing moisture problems
Damage caused by property owner or third parties after service completion
Pre-existing structural damage unrelated to our services

7. Property Owner Responsibilities

The property owner agrees to:

Provide accurate information about the property and mold issues
Grant access to affected areas for inspection and remediation
Address underlying moisture sources (leaks, drainage issues, etc.)
Provide necessary utilities (water, electricity) during service
Remove valuable or fragile items from work areas
Maintain proper ventilation and humidity control after remediation

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule services, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on project stage. We reserve the right to cancel services if:

Property conditions are unsafe for our team
Property owner fails to meet agreed-upon responsibilities
Payment is not received as agreed

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlanta Mold Fix shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of property value, business interruption, or lost profits
Damages exceeding the amount paid for our services
Issues arising from pre-existing conditions not disclosed to us
Mold recurrence due to ongoing moisture problems or lack of property maintenance

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlanta Mold Fix, its contractors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or services, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

11. Insurance Claims

While we can provide documentation to support insurance claims, we make no guarantees about insurance coverage or reimbursement. Property owners are responsible for verifying their coverage and filing claims with their insurance provider.
