Atlanta Mold Fix provides general educational information and may connect users with independent contractors. Atlanta Mold Fix does not itself inspect, test, remediate, restore, reconstruct, diagnose, insure or guarantee a property unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Independent contractor relationship

Any contractor is a separate business, not an employee or agent of Atlanta Mold Fix. The contractor is solely responsible for identity, licensing or certification claims, insurance, methods, proposal, price, scheduling, permits, work, personnel, safety, warranties, taxes and legal compliance.

User responsibility

Before hiring, verify the contractor’s legal business name, contact information, insurance, credentials, references and agreement. Review the written scope, exclusions, price, deposit, changes, completion criteria and warranty. Do not rely on a referral as an endorsement or guarantee.

No professional advice

No outcome guarantee

Atlanta Mold Fix does not guarantee provider availability, response time, price, quality, clearance results, insurance coverage, health outcomes, property value, or that mold will never recur. Future moisture, maintenance and building conditions are outside the site’s control.

Disputes and payments

Questions about contractor work, invoices, refunds, damage, warranties or disputes must be addressed under the contract with that independent provider. Do not pay until you have verified the business and reviewed the agreement.

Do not misuse the website, interfere with security, submit unlawful or deceptive requests, impersonate another person, or copy site content at scale in violation of applicable law.
